Best practices for Digital Magazine Success

I've written several previous posts about best practices for digital publishing - design tips, best annual reports, best digital catalogs - really design is my main thrust with this blog as I help to educate my clients on how to get the most from what we are producing. It's nice sometimes, though, to back up my ideas with some numbers and there's a great new industry study by Josh Gordon of Smarter Media Sales, that does just that. He's showing that the most profitable digital magazines need to reflect true interactivity (CatStone's main thrust) and should be proud to stand behind their beautiful full page spreads and large size ads as these are driving the profits.
